Post Prom Event Volunteers:

 

Thank you for your help!  On the night of the event we need to have all volunteers and vendors approved in advance by properly completing the required clearance process.  Everyone who is helping with the post prom event must complete the Volunteer Clearance Process through NASH.  This process is done on-line and is relatively simple to do:

 

1. Go to http://www.northallegheny.org/Page/22831

2. Each person shall submit them by dropping them off in the office of any nearby school in the NASD.

3. Each submission shall include 4 components:

   1. Volunteer Clearance Checklist page

   2. PA State Police Criminal Record Check Certificate

   3. Child Abuse Certificate

   4. Either fingerprinting or Disclosure Statement signed and witnessed, stating that the volunteer has lived in Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years
